OwnerI've spent the past 17 years as a massage therapist with Have Table, Will Travel — packing up my table and bringing massage to my clients wherever they needed me. I'm continuing to offer massage at my new venture, The Hot Spot Hot Yoga and More, alongside everything the studio has to offer.
A couple of years ago I stumbled onto a hot yoga mat and got hooked. When I realized there wasn't a convenient studio near home, I thought — why not open one? So that's exactly what I'm doing.
When I'm not working, you'll likely find me on the water. Sailing has been a big part of my life, and I love introducing people of all ages to the sport. So come join me on the table or on the mat!

My approach is simple: every session is tailored to what your body actually needs. Whether you’re dealing with stress, tight muscles, or ongoing discomfort, I combine Swedish, therapeutic, and deep tissue techniques to get results while still keeping the experience relaxing.
I work with clients throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, offering both in-home and office-based sessions. My goal is to provide a professional, reliable service where clients know they’re getting consistent, high-quality care every time.
