Class Descriptions

Original Hot Yoga

A series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a hot room at 105 degrees F and 40% humidity which is 90 minutes in duration. This series is a beginner’s level class and is open to all levels. Bring a mat, a towel and water for class and come prepared for an open-eyed meditation!

Mat Pilates

Lengthen and tone using props like the magic circle, overball, band, and weights. Expect to sweat, stretch, and activate muscles you didn’t know existed—perfect for all levels with layered Pilates modifications.

All Levels Vinyasa

A flow based vinyasa class that combines classic yoga postures with creative movement and mindful breath. Build strength and flexibility with poses that are accessible to the beginner or the more practiced yogi. Expect a fun class infused with world beats, lots of energy and balancing poses with a creative twist. Leave feeling relaxed and renewed.

Power(ful) Vinyasa

A moderate heat vinyasa flow class with modifications offered and plenty of opportunities to explore more complex poses within the flow. Playful music and a core-centric finish before savasana. Some yoga experience helpful, but new-to-yoga welcomed (please advise instructor before class for extra support if needed). The room is heated to 90 degrees.

Yoga Sculpting

A yoga pose based toning class utilizing light weight and body weight, all levels with some modifications and up-leveling offered. No yoga experience needed. This class has an energetic vibe overall, great to strengthen and challenge your body and a cathartic stress release for the mind. Light warm up at the start and short stretch with seated mini “meditation” savasana at the close. This class is 55 minutes.

Power Vinyasa

A dynamic, energetic flow to build strength of mind and body while moving mindfully and connecting with your inner power! This is a 60 minute heated class.

Level 1 Vinyasa

A gentle to moderate flow incorporating breath work throughout and inclusive to all levels. Deepen your connection to your body, breath, and spirit. This is a non heated 60 minute class.

Vinyasa

What to expect: a vinyasa flow set to music that begins with a dharma talk, breathwork, and gentle warm-up, slowly builds into a slow power flow that generates more internal heat and challenge, and finishes on the floor with deep restorative stretches before an integrating savasana. Offered in a safe, trauma-sensitive environment, this thoughtful flow will have you feeling more grounded, flexible, strong, regulated, and empowered to walk through life when you step off your mat.

Exertion level – moderate (expect some sweat); some experience is recommended but not necessary; modifications offered
